Privacy Policy

Below is an overview of our policy followed by our full statement of compliance.

• Absolutely no data is passed onto third parties unless consented by parents and only when necessary for a direct purpose of the school e.g. submitting names for dance competitions or workshops.
• All parents have total control of their own data portal online, are in charge of how they are contacted and can access the information we hold on them at any time. We suggest parents visit their portal to ensure their settings are to their preference.
• Only the Head Coach of VDC have access to data. This is carefully monitored by the Head Coach.
• On notification of a child leaving VDC, all data held is deleted immediately. We only contact present students for direct information purposes only and do not distribute a general ‘mailing list’ advertisement style emails to past customers.
